COUNSELING

If you’re looking for therapy, there’s a good chance your feeling stuck and unsure. Anxiety can muddy the water by causing assumptions about a future that hasn’t happened. It can be hard to see what’s possible when you feel hopeless. It can be hard to determine if you ended up where you are, by choice or by circumstance. The world can look confusing and ambiguous.
Talking about things can help transition experience from something vague to something concrete and real. I don’t claim to have the answers, but I do practice with the belief, everyone has a drive to move forward in a constructive manner. When you put it out in front of you in a place you feel accepted, things can clear up.
“Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, views about life.”
